Digital Marketing Manager (Maternity Cover)

Do you live and breathe Digital Marketing? We’re looking for a Digital Marketing Manager to cover maternity leave from June 2019 until May 2020. You will be working alongside our social media marketing assistant to guide the creation and implementation of online marketing campaigns for a variety of clients based in the UK.

Below is a list of specific responsibilities, but this list is not exhaustive. We work in a fast paced environment and pride ourselves on offering a bespoke service based on our clients’ needs.

Duties:

  • Devise and implement strategies to drive online traffic to a variety of client websites primarily using pay-per-click, social media, SEO and email marketing
  • Use Google Analytics, SEMRush & other analytics tools to track and measure performance of online campaigns and use this data to optimise performance
  • Liaise with clients via telephone and in-person about the performance of their digital marketing channels and meet with clients to discuss and identify their digital marketing needs
  • Delegate social media scheduling tasks and collaborate on social media strategies with our social media assistant
  • Keep up to date with the latest digital marketing trends and keep the company at the forefront of developments in digital marketing
  • Create and implement digital marketing strategies for View Creative Agency

Essential:

  • Strong understanding of current online marketing concepts, strategy and best practice
  • Previous experience in a similar role
  • Experience in SEO, PPC, Social, Email Marketing and e-commerce
  • Solid knowledge of website analytics tools such as Google Analytics
  • Experience setting up and optimising Google AdWords campaigns
  • Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Driving licence

Desirable:

  • Marketing degree or similar
  • Qualified member of CIM or equivalent
  • Strong copywriting skills
  • Working knowledge of HTML, CSS and Javascript development and constraints
  • Experience using social media scheduling software (e.g. Hootsuite, SproutSocial, HubSpot)
