Jobs - Digital Marketing Executive

We're expanding our Digital Marketing team and looking for a full-time, experienced Digital Marketing Executive to work alongside our Digital Marketing Manager and our social media team to assist with the creation and implementation of online campaigns for a variety of clients based across the UK.

Below is a list of specific responsibilities, but this list is not exhaustive. We work in a fast paced environment and pride ourselves on offering a bespoke service based on our clients’ needs.

Duties:

  • Devise and implement strategies to drive online traffic to a variety of client websites
  • Create content and concept strategies to increase engagement and awareness
  • Assist the Digital Marketing Manager with sponsored and PPC campaigns
  • Assist with managing social media scheduling tasks and collaborate on social media strategies with our team
  • Use Google Analytics, SEMRush & other analytics tools to track and measure performance of online campaigns and use this data to optimise performance
  • Liaise with clients about the performance of their digital marketing channels and discuss areas of improvements and evaluation, providing reports and being able to break down performance for clients
  • Keep up to date with the latest digital marketing trends and keep the company at the forefront of developments in digital marketing
  • Create and implement digital marketing strategies for View Creative Agency

Essential:

  • Previous experience in a similar role
  • Enjoys a creative environment
  • Strong understanding of current online marketing concepts, strategy and best practice
  • Previous copywriting skills
  • Experience setting up and optimising Google AdWords campaigns
  • Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking with good reporting skills
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Attention to detail, it's very important to us
  • Experience in SEO, PPC, Social, Email Marketing and e-commerce
  • Solid knowledge of website analytics tools such as Google Analytics
  • Driving licence
  • Positive attitude, good team player and a sense of humour

Desirable:

  • Marketing degree or similar
  • Experience using social media scheduling software (e.g. Hootsuite and HubSpot)
  • Qualified member of CIM or equivalent
  • Strong copywriting skills
  • Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS and Javascript development and constraints
  • Time keeping and flexible with work hours
  • Welsh language speaker would be desirable but not essential
