Digital Marketing Manager (Remote Full-Time Position) - September 2021

Do you live and breathe Digital Marketing? We’re looking for a Digital Marketing Manager who is UK-based and can work remotely. The option to work in our office in North Wales is also available. You will be working alongside our team to guide the creation and implementation of online marketing campaigns for a variety of clients based in the UK.

Below is a list of specific responsibilities, but this list is not exhaustive. We work in a fast-paced environment and pride ourselves on offering a bespoke service based on our clients’ needs.


  • Devise and implement strategies to drive online traffic to a variety of client websites primarily using pay-per-click, social media, SEO and email marketing
  • Use Google Analytics, SEMRush & other analytics tools to track and measure the performance of online campaigns and use this data to optimise performance
  • Liaise with clients via telephone and in-person about the performance of their digital marketing channels and meet with clients to discuss and identify their digital marketing needs
  • Execute organic and paid social media campaigns
  • Delegate social media scheduling tasks to our Social Media Marketing Assistant
  • Write creative briefs and delegate tasks to the team
  • Keep up to date with the latest digital marketing trends and keep the company at the forefront of developments in digital marketing
  • Create and implement digital marketing strategies for View Creative Agency
  • Writing digital marketing proposals for potential clients


  • Strong understanding of current online marketing concepts, strategy and best practice
  • Previous experience in a similar role
  • Experience in SEO, PPC, social media marketing, email marketing and e-commerce
  • Experience using Facebook Ads Manager and running paid campaigns on other social media platforms
  • Solid knowledge of website analytics tools such as Google Analytics
  • Experience setting up and optimising Google AdWords campaigns
  • Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Strong copywriting skills
  • Driving licence


  • Marketing degree or similar
  • Qualified member of CIM or equivalent
  • Working knowledge of HTML, CSS and Javascript development and constraints
  • Experience using social media scheduling software (e.g. Hootsuite, SproutSocial, HubSpot)
