The Rural Business Awards 2018

View Creative has been named 'Best Rural Creative or Media-based business' runner up at the Regional 2018 Rural Business Awards, an awards ceremony that gives recognition to the very best businesses operating across the Rural sector.

The Rural Business Awards were established in late 2014 by Jemma Clifford and Anna Price – two business owners who work in rural Leicestershire. The first Awards were presented in October 2015 and the RBAs are now entering their 4th year.

View Creative Ltd attended the evening award-ceremony at The Kinmel & Kinspa in Abergele on October 16th, where they were nominated for 'Best Rural Creative or Media-based business' alongside four other prestigious Welsh businesses. The Rhos-on-Sea full-service design and marketing agency received a runner-up award for their consistently outstanding work across the UK and beyond.

View Creative Director and Founder, Simon Cotton said, "It's fantastic to be nominated for such an outstanding award. As a rural business that works with so many other rural businesses, we work hard to support the rural sector and help organisations grow their brands to stand out from the noise in an often oversaturated market - so receiving recognition for our work is a great achievement for the team." he also added, "It's even more satisfying to see so many of our clients also nominated in some of the 13 categories, and would like to offer our congratulations to them for their continued hard work!"

The Rural Business Awards features 13 categories that are decided by an independent panel of judges from the rural sector, official agencies and charitable organisations. The awards aim to raise awareness nationally of the impact that rural businesses have on the UK economy, communities and people as well as encouraging entrepreneurial spirit in the rural sector.
