Porth Tocyn

Porth Tocyn was one of the first post war country house hotels;

sitting on the headland beyond the sailing village of Abersoch, with stunning views across Cardigan Bay and out to Snowdonia, the hotel is furnished with country antiques. It has been in the family since 1948, when it had just five guest bedrooms. Today, there are 17, as well as a cosy shepherd’s hut named Ty Cwtch (‘Cuddle House’). The previous branding did not reflect the quality and style of this classic welsh iconic hotel. As the hotel sits just above the beach and sailing is hugely popular on the Llyn Peninsula we were inspired by the international maritime signal flags for the 'P' or Porth and the 'T' for Tocyn.

What we created

In addition to the branding we also created stationery, hotel brochures, signage and a fully responsive hotel website with booking system.
